1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PlaylistBridge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

PlaylistBridge is a playlist conversion service that allows users to convert their Spotify playlists to YouTube playlists for a fee of $1.00 USD per conversion.

2.1 Conversion Process

• We convert your Spotify playlist to a YouTube playlist
• The conversion includes matching songs from Spotify to equivalent YouTube videos
• We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in song matching
• Created YouTube playlists may be public or private based on your selection

2.2 Service Limitations

• Maximum playlist size: 500 songs per conversion
• Processing time may vary based on playlist size and system load
• Service availability depends on Spotify and YouTube API availability
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Platform Integration Disclaimer

PlaylistBridge is not affiliated with, maintained, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by Spotify or YouTube. This service uses APIs provided by Spotify and YouTube within the terms of their respective developer agreements.

4.1 Spotify Content

PlaylistBridge does not store or distribute Spotify content. We only process metadata about playlists to facilitate conversion to YouTube format.

4.2 YouTube Content

All YouTube content accessed through our service remains subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not modify, download, or redistribute YouTube content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PlaylistBridge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PlaylistBridge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
